Some members of the Proxy Committee may participate in the meeting by telephone or interactive technology. If a Member participates by telephone or interactive technology, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 13D.015, subd. 4, the State Board of Investment shall, to the extent practical, allow a person to monitor the meeting electronically from a remote location.

Proxy Committee
The SBI created the Proxy Committee to fulfill it's proxy voting duties, and this committee meets as needed to review and vote on proxy ballot items that are not already addressed by existing guidelines or precedents.
