The SBI provides regular reporting to ensure transparency regarding our long-term stewardship activities and the integration of material factors into our investment process.

Climate Roadmap

Adopted in May 2024, the SBI Climate Roadmap outlines a strategic framework for managing climate-related financial risks and opportunities. Key initiatives include the allocation of capital toward energy transition solutions, the expansion of proxy voting capabilities, and the enhancement of direct corporate engagement.

The Roadmap was adopted alongside a foundational Board resolution to the SBI Investment Beliefs: "As long-term institutional investors, our fiduciary duty requires us to consider all material risks and opportunities." As the investment landscape evolves, the SBI will continue to evaluate and adapt this approach to remain consistent with its fiduciary obligations.
