The Minnesota Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) Defined Contribution Plan is an optional 401(a) retirement savings program governed by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 353D. PERA is the plan administrator. The State Board of Investment (SBI) is responsible for selecting, monitoring, and reviewing investment options within the Plan, as well as reporting annual returns and tracking market values.
